Returns and Exchanges

At vayloox.com, operated by YUANG CONSULTING LLC, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the items meet our return conditions. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags still attached. Any shipping fees associated with the original order are final and will not be refunded.

Gift sets must be returned as a complete set, and individual items from a set cannot be returned separately. Online returns are available only for products purchased through vayloox.com.

Orders may be cancelled by contacting our Customer Service Center by phone or email within 60 minutes of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel an order, you must contact our customer support team and provide the details of the order you wish to cancel. If the order cannot be cancelled because it has already been processed or shipped, you may start a return once the order arrives.

Customers may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for online purchases. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Proof of payment must be included with the returned items to ensure the return can be processed correctly.

Online orders can be returned by mail. Customers may also log into the My Account or Order Status section of the website to initiate a return request. Please follow the packing instructions provided with the return label when preparing your package. You can track the return shipment by clicking the “Track your return” link in the return confirmation email or by using the tracking number provided on the return label.

Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1–2 business days for us to process the return. During busy periods such as holidays, additional processing time may be required. After the return has been processed, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email notification once the return has been completed and the refund has been issued.

Please note that returns that have not been authorized may not be processed. Our customer support team can also assist you with processing a return and sending you a return label via email if needed.

At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges online. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the original item within 30 days of the purchase date and then place a new order for the desired item.
