Customers can track their orders using the tracking information provided after the order has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this tracking number to check the latest delivery status through the courier’s tracking system.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages in order to ensure faster delivery of available items. If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number and shipping notification, even though only one order confirmation email was originally sent.

If you need to edit or cancel your order, you may request a cancellation within 30 minutes after the order is placed, provided that it is within our customer service working hours. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to confirm whether the order can still be modified or cancelled via the above listed email or phone number.

Our Customer Service Working Hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, while Sunday is closed. During working hours, our support team will respond to inquiries and assist with order issues as quickly as possible.

We currently accept payments through major credit card providers, including Visa and MasterCard, allowing customers to complete transactions securely through our online payment system.

If you need to return an item, you can track your return shipment using the tracking number provided on your return label or the tracking information included in the return confirmation email. Once the returned package is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to our return policy.
